So cool! Rens is a super sportive person. He asked me to photograph him while he did a workout, so I followed him around for 2 hours. Rens told me he likes sporting so much because it relaxes his mind. What is really cool is his way to motivate himself. He is able to visualize and experience the feeling of happiness he gets after sport, even before he actually starts! (I want that as wel haha!!)
His goal is to help people and become a trainer & mental coach.
What I really like about this shoot is that we captured real life in a raw environment!
